Beer Tasting Notes – November 10
Welcome to Drinking N Stuff
This week’s tasting leaned lighter — lagers, blondes, and one killer IPA in the mix. A few surprises, a few letdowns, but overall an easy-drinking lineup.

Deluxe Lager – Three Floyds
Style: Lager | ABV: 4.5% | Rating: 2.7/5
An authentic lager with a malty-corn backbone and a clean, crisp finish. Smashable and smooth. The can art is awesome, and the beer drinks like a dirty Montucky — crisp, crushable, and without that ‘gassy’ finish.

Extra Extra Juicy Bits – WeldWerks
Style: IPA | ABV: 8.6% | Rating: 3.8/5
Piney, hoppy, and packed with juicy aroma. This one’s loaded with my favorite hops — bold, resinous, and vibrant. WeldWerks IPAs continue to hit on another level.

Montucky – Cold Snacks
Style: It’s a Snack | ABV: 4.1% | Rating: 4.9/5
Back-of-house favorite at Nano 108, and for good reason. Crisp, clean, and endlessly drinkable. The definition of a ‘daily drinker’ — pure simplicity done right.

Saphir Spezial – Firestone Walker
Style: Lager | ABV: 5.5% | Rating: 2.5/5
A bit too heavy on the Saphir hops, which overpower the lager’s balance. Still clean and drinkable, but the hop bite overshadows what could have been a smooth brew.
Nano Citizen – Nano 108
Style: Coffee Blonde | ABV: 5.5% | Rating: 3.5/5
Huge coffee flavor over a light, blonde base. The combo works beautifully — sweet, roasty, and smooth. Coffee fans will love this one; great showing from the hometown team.
Overall Takeaway
WeldWerks dominated with *Extra Extra Juicy Bits*, proving again they’re kings of the IPA. *Nano Citizen* brought great local flavor, while *Montucky* stole hearts as the people’s beer. Light, easy, and fun lineup this week.
